Point of Measurement definition

Point of Measurement means that point on the tree stem or trunk measured above the highest point of the ground in an undisturbed state at the base of the stem or trunk of the tree. For coppice growth, the ‘point of measurement’ means that point on each tree stem or trunk measured above the point of separation, provided that such point of separation is less than 1.37 m (4.5 ft) above the highest point of undisturbed ground at the base of the coppice growth, and the same circumference or diameter limits apply as for single- stemmed trees.

Point of Measurement means the point on a tree trunk measured above the highest point at which the ground meets the tree. For Coppice Growth the Point of Measurement shall be at the point on the tree trunk where the tree stems separate provided that such point of separation is less than 1.37 metres from where the ground meets the tree;

Point of Measurement means that point on the tree trunk measured above the highest point of the ground in an undisturbed state at the base of the tree. In the case of coppice or clump growth, “point of measurement” means that point on each tree trunk measured above the point of fusion, provided said point of fusion is less than 1.37 metres (4 ½ feet) above the highest point of undisturbed ground at the base of the coppice or clump growth. The point of fusion in effect becomes ground level for each stem (in the clump), and the same diameter limits would apply as for single-stemmed trees.

More Definitions of Point of Measurement

Point of Measurement means that point(s) where the amount of electrical power and energy delivered from SOUTHERN PPD to the DG Operator, and the amount of electrical power and energy delivered from the DG Facility to the SOUTHERN PPD system are metered.

Point of Measurement means the point where the produced production is measured and divided into cost-recovery and profit production pursuant to the production-sharing agreement;
