Point of Attachment definition

Point of Attachment means the dollar amount above which stop-loss coverage will apply as indicated in Item Four-A.2, Item Four-A.3, and/or Item Four-B.2 of Exhibit Number One to this Agreement.
Point of Attachment means the point, as set forth in Exhibit J (A), where the Interconnection Facilities connect to LIPA’s System.
Point of Attachment means the point at which aerial conductors of the service line or aerial consumers mains are terminated on a customer’s building, pole or structure.

Examples of Point of Attachment in a sentence

  • COVERED: Accessible Ductwork from Cooling and/or Heating Unit to Point of Attachment to Registers or Grills.

  • The amount of Paid Claims during the current Policy Period, less Individual (Specific) Stop Loss Claims if any, that exceeds the Aggregate Point of Attachment.

  • In the event of termination at the end of the current Policy Period, Employer’s Final Settlement Claim Liability equals the sum of Paid Claims for a Covered Person during the Final Policy Period and Run- Off Period up to the Point of Attachment specified in item B.4.a. above.

  • In the event of termination at the end of the current Policy Period, Individual (Specific) Stop Loss Coverage shall equal the amount of Final Settlement Paid Claims that exceed the Point of Attachment specified in B.4. above.

  • The following applies if the answer to item A.6. above is “Yes” (Aggregate Stop Loss Coverage includes coverage of Run-Off Paid Claims): In the event of termination at the end of the current Policy Period, Aggregate Stop Loss Coverage shall equal the amount of Final Settlement Paid Claims that exceed the Final Settlement Aggregate Point of Attachment.

  • The Final Settlement Point of Attachment shall equal the sum of the Employer’s Claim Liability amount for the Final Policy Period and the Employer’s Run-Off Claim Liability calculated as described in items 5.


More Definitions of Point of Attachment

Point of Attachment means:
Point of Attachment means the dollar amount above which Stop Loss Insurance will apply as indicated in Items A.7. and/or B.4. of the most current Application to this Policy provided, however, that the Point of Attachment for Aggregate Stop Loss Insurance shall never be less than the minimum specified in Item A.7. of the most current Application.
Point of Attachment means the dollar amount above which Stop Loss Insurance will apply as indicated in Items A.7. and/or B.4.a. of the most current Exhibit to this Policy provided, however, that the Point of Attachment for Aggregate Stop Loss Insurance shall never be less than the mini- mum specified in Item A.7. of the most current Exhibit.
Point of Attachment means the point at which the aerial conductors of a service line or, as the case may be, of a consumer’s line are terminated on a building or structure;
Point of Attachment means the point at which aerial conductors of an overhead service line or consumer’s aerial line are terminated on a consumer’s building, pole or structure;

Related to Point of Attachment

  • Pole Attachment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.8.1.
