Point of Access definition

Point of Access or “POA” means a physical point at which a Party's Network may be connected to the other Party's Exchange MDF, Building MDF, the roadside cabinet or any other technically feasible point agreed by the Parties or approved by the Authority;
Point of Access means CONFIRMIT’s border router which is used to establish connectivity from the SODA SaaS to CONFIRMIT’s internet service provider and the public internet.
Point of Access means Ehave’s, or its subcontractor’s, border router, which is used to establish connectivity from the Ehave Platform to Ehave’s, or its subcontractor’s, Internet provider, or the public Internet.
