MIP has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.
STIP means the Company’s short-term incentive plan under Section 8 of the Company’s 2007 Omnibus Incentive Plan, effective May 8, 2007, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, program or arrangement thereto.
EIP means the Company’s 2006 Equity and Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, or any successor plan.
AIP means the Nucor Corporation Senior Officers Annual Incentive Plan and any successor plan.
MIC A mortgage insurance certificate issued by HUD.
Long-Term Incentive Award means an Award described in Section 6(g) hereof that is based upon a period in excess of one year.
Long-Term Incentive Plan or “LTIP” means a plan providing compensation intended to motivate performance over a period greater than one financial year. LTIPs do not include option or SAR plans or plans for compensation through shares or units that are subject to restrictions on resale;
Incentive Compensation Plans means annual incentive compensation plans and long-term incentive compensation plans of the Company, which long-term incentive compensation plans may include plans offering stock options, restricted stock and other long-term incentive compensation.
SIP means Session Initiation Protocol.
Annual Incentive Plan means the Cinergy Corp. Annual Incentive Plan or any similar plan or successor to the Annual Incentive Plan.
Compensation Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(b).
Equity Award means any option, restricted stock award, restricted stock unit award, stock appreciation right or other equity award to acquire shares of the Company’s common stock granted or issued to the Executive.
FY means the Borrower’s fiscal year commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31;
Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.
Incentive Compensation Plan means any plan, agreement or other arrangement that provides for the grant or issuance of equity or equity-based awards and that is now in effect or is hereafter adopted by the Company or the Managing Member for the benefit of any of their respective employees or other service providers (including directors, advisers and consultants), or the employees or other services providers (including directors, advisers and consultants) of any of their respective Affiliates or Subsidiaries.
ICP means an installation control point being 1 of the following:
CIP means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to Consignee site. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.
Equity Awards means any stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, phantom stock or other equity based awards granted by the Company to the Executive.
Incentive Compensation means any compensation that is granted, earned or vested based wholly or in part upon the attainment of a Financial Reporting Measure.
Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.
Bonus Plan means the Company’s management incentive plan or such other annual bonus plan in existence at the applicable time.
Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.
Target Award means the target award, at 100% of target level performance achievement, payable under the Plan to a Participant for the Performance Period, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 3(b).
PSU means Public Sector Undertaking
Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.
Award Opportunity means a cash award opportunity established under the Plan for a Participant by the Committee pursuant to such terms, conditions, restrictions and/or limitations, if any, as the Committee may establish.
