FHA Mortgage Insurance means, mortgage insurance authorized under the National Housing Act, as amended from time to time, and provided by the FHA.
Mortgage Insurance means insurance protecting Lender against the nonpayment of, or default on, the Loan.
Primary Mortgage Insurance Insurance obtained from a Primary Mortgage Insurer which insures the holder of a Mortgage Note against loss in the event the related Borrower defaults under such Mortgage Note or the related Security Instrument, including all riders and endorsements thereto.
Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy Any primary mortgage guaranty insurance policy issued in connection with a Mortgage Loan which provides compensation to a Mortgage Note holder in the event of default by the obligor under such Mortgage Note or the related Security Instrument, if any or any replacement policy therefor through the related Interest Accrual Period for such Class relating to a Distribution Date.
Mortgage Insurer means CMHC, Genworth Financial Insurance Company Canada, or any other company that insures the payment of mortgages to mortgage lenders.
FHA Mortgage Insurance Contract means the contractual obligation of the FHA respecting the insurance of a Mortgage Loan.
Lender-Paid Mortgage Insurance Loan Each of the Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having a Lender-Paid Mortgage Insurance Rate.
Mortgage guaranty insurance means surety insurance under which a mortgagee or other creditor is indemnified against losses caused by the default of a debtor.
Blanket Mortgage The mortgage or mortgages encumbering a Cooperative Property.
Lender-Paid Mortgage Insurance Rate With respect to any Lender-Paid Mortgage Insurance Loan, a per annum rate equal to the percentage indicated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule under the heading "Lender-Paid Mortgage Insurance Rate."
Mortgage Policy has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(a)(iv)(B).
Certificate Insurance Policy The Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy No. AB1094BE, dated the Closing Date, including any endorsements thereto issued by the Certificate Insurer to the Trustee for the benefit of the Holders of the Insured Certificates, a form of which is attached as Exhibit L hereto.
Mortgage Policies has the meaning specified in Section 6.13(b)(ii).
Mortgage Instrument means any mortgage, deed of trust or deed to secure debt executed by a Credit Party in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as the same may be amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced, or supplemented from time to time.
Mortgage Instruments means such title reports, title insurance, opinions of counsel, surveys, appraisals and environmental reports as are requested by, and in form and substance reasonably acceptable to, the Administrative Agent from time to time.
Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.
Mortgage Impairment Insurance Policy A mortgage impairment or blanket hazard insurance policy as described in Section 4.11.
Mortgage shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.
Bond Insurance Policy means the municipal bond new issue insurance policy issued by the Bond Insurer that guarantees payment of principal of and interest on the Bonds.
Insurance Assignment means the valid and effective first legal assignment of the Insurances (together with the notice thereof), to be executed by the Borrower in respect of the Vessel in favour of the Trustee and the Commercial Loan Trustee, such assignment and notice to be in the form and on the terms and conditions required by the Agent, the Hermes Agent and the Commercial Loan Agent and agreed on the signing of the Original Loan Agreement and as specified in paragraph 47 of Schedule 4;

NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT To Whom It May Concern: Vantage Driller IV Co., an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Assignor”), HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that by an Assignment, dated October 25, 2012, and made by the Assignor to Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association (the “Assignee”), as Pari Passu Collateral Agent (as defined under the Intercreditor Agreement defined below), the Assignor assigned to the Assignee all of the Assignor’s right, title and interest in and to all insurances and the benefit of all insurances heretofore, now or hereafter taken out in respect of the Panamanian flag vessel TOPAZ DRILLER and all proceeds thereof. This Notice and the attached Loss Payable Clauses are to be endorsed on all policies and certificates of entry evidencing such insurances.

R&W Insurance Policy means the representations and warranties insurance policy issued to Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
Insurance Policy With respect to any Mortgage Loan included in the Trust Fund, any insurance policy, including all riders and endorsements thereto in effect, including any replacement policy or policies for any Insurance Policies.
