PMA Part definition

PMA Part means a Part manufactured under the FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) and subject to a combined design and production approval process.
PMA Part means a Part which has not been manufactured by the Airframe Manufacturer, the Engine Manufacturer or the manufacturer of the relevant replaced Part (as applicable) and is not approved by the Airframe Manufacturer or the Engine Manufacturer for installation in the Aircraft or an Engine (as applicable).
PMA Part means a Part which has not been manufactured by or with the written permission of the original manufacturer of that Part.

PMA Part means a replacement part, component or furnishing which has not been manufactured by the manufacturer of the Part it replaces.
