PM Shift definition

PM Shift means a scheduled shift in which five eighths (5/8) of the shift occurs between 4:30 PM and 12:00 AM. Employees who work a PM shift, and only a PM shift, shall be paid a differential of eleven percent (11%) calculated on their base pay.
PM Shift means a scheduled shift in which a majority of the shift occurs between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
PM Shift. An employee scheduled for a PM shift shall be excused for the entire shift if Jury Duty on that day is for three (3) or more hours. If Jury Duty is for less than three (3) hours, the employee will qualify for Jury Duty pay by working a shift that day that includes the time spent on Jury Duty. Night Shift: An employee called for Jury Duty on the same day in which they are scheduled to conclude working a Night Shift shall be excused for the entire shift. If the Jury Duty on that day is for three (3) hours or more, the employee shall also be excused for the entire shift commencing the same night. If the Jury Duty on that day is for less than three (3) hours, the employee shall work for the entire shift commencing that same night.

  • Contractor shall follow the shift timings as defined under; Shift #A# = 06.00 AM to 02.00 PM Shift #B# = 02.00 PM to 10.00 PM Shift #C# = 10.00 PM to 06.00 AM Shift #G# = 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM However, SPM may be changing the timings for the day and night shift at its discretion, from time to time and same will be intimated to the contractor.

  • P.M. Shift: If the employee is scheduled for jury duty and has completed jury duty prior to the start of the shift, employee is expected to report to work as scheduled.

  • Booking takes place intermittently but is heaviest on the P.M. Shift.

  • All other employees covered by this collective bargaining agreement shall be paid a P.M. Shift Differential of ten cents ($0.10) per hour for all hours worked on the P.M. shift and a Night Shift Differential of ten cents ($0.10) per hour for all hours worked on the Night shift.

  • For the purposes of determining the assignment of overtime, three (3) daily work shifts are established with respective hours of each shift: Shift A: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Shift B: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Shift C: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM If a shift other than those enumerated above now exists or is established in the future, assignment will be made to one (1) of the three (3) enumerated shifts based on the time allocation of the majority of hours of the odd shift within the three (3) daily work shifts.

  • Day Shift means a shift which commences at or after 6.00 am and before 10.00 am.

Planned Downtime occurs from 10:00 p.m. Friday through 1:00 p.m. Sunday, Mountain Time.

  • Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft (or other aircraft in the case of Parts or Engines temporarily installed on such other aircraft) leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) until the wheels of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) following such take-off.

  • Dayworks means Work inputs subject to payment on a time basis for labour and the associated materials and plant.

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Hour means an hour of sixty minutes. For the purpose of hire and / or penalty charges, fraction of an hour up to 30 (thirty) minutes will not be taken into account and more than 30 (thirty) minutes will be treated as one full hour.

  • Operating Month for a Shipper or Transferor means any calendar month in which Carrier either transports Crude Petroleum or recognizes and records a change in ownership of Crude Petroleum for the account of such Party. For purposes hereof the calendar month shall be deemed to begin at 7:00 a.m. (Central Time) on the first day of such month.
