Source separation means the separation of different kinds of solid waste at the place where the waste originates.
Air gap separation means the unobstructed vertical distance through the free atmosphere between the lowest opening from any pipe or faucet supplying water to a tank, plumbing fixture, or other device and the flood level rim of the receptacle.
Separation means a “separation from service,” as defined in the regulations under Section 409A of the Code.
Master Separation Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Mass layoff means a reduction in force which:
Living Wage Employee means any and all employees of the Contractor and all Subcontractors of the Contractor that perform any part of the Work on a property owned by or leased to the City, including all streets, sidewalks and other public rights of way, for at least one consecutive hour, but excluding Students, volunteers and employees of Social Enterprises;
Specialty fertilizer means a fertilizer distributed primarily for nonfarm use.
Concurrent planning means to work toward reunification of the child with the family while at the
Local Distribution Company or “LDC” means a Person licensed by the OEB as a “Distributor” in connection with a Distribution System.
TIP is the Tax Indemnity Payment, before the deduction of applicable federal, state and local withholding taxes;
Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature asthe date this Contract starts;
Separation and Distribution Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Air-purifying respirator means a respirator with an air-purifying filter, cartridge, or canister that removes specific air contaminants by passing ambient air through the air-purifying element.
Cement means a building material that is produced by heating mixtures of limestone and other minerals or additives at high temperatures in a rotary kiln to form clinker, followed by cooling and grinding with blended additives. Finished cement is a powder used with water, sand, and gravel to make concrete and mortar.
