Plumbing code and plumbing code standards definition

Plumbing code and plumbing code standards means and refer to the Uniform Plumbing Code and Uniform Plumbing Code Standards, as amended pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter.

  • Building Code means the regulations made under Section 34 of the Act.

  • State building code means the combined specialty codes.

  • Metering Code means the Metering Code prepared by the Board andapproved by the Commission, as from time to time revised, amended, supplemented or replaced with the approval of, or at the instance of, the Commission;

  • Access Codes means the username and password provided by the Company to the Client for accessing his Trading Account through the Company’s electronic systems.

  • HITECH Act means the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, TitleXIII, Subtitle D, Part 1 & 2 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
