Definition of PLK Term

  1. PLK Term means the period of time commencing on the Effective Date and ending upon the expiration or abandonment of all issued patents and filed applications within the ALNYLAM Patent Rights or the earlier notice by PROTIVA to ALNYLAM that PROTIVA is terminating its license rights under this Agreement with respect to RNAi Products for the PLK Target.
