Plenary Meeting definition

Plenary Meeting means the collegial body composed of the Judges of the Tribunal, competent to rule on any admin­ istrative issue and on judicial issues relating to the assignment of cases to the various formations of the court or cross-cutting judicial issues, without, in the latter case, binding those formations;
Plenary Meeting means the body of the Association formed by the Members as well as the meeting of the Members;
Plenary Meeting means a face-to-face meeting of Charter and Full Members to review the outputs of all active Working Groups and to make recommendations to the Board in furtherance of the Purpose of the Company;
