Pledged Securities Account means each of the following securities accounts or sub- accounts, in each case, if such account has been established pursuant to Clause 2.1.2 of the Agreement to which this Schedule is attached: the Luxembourg Pledged Securities Account(s), the Luxembourg Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s), the Luxembourg CASS Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s), the CmaX Pledged Securities Account(s), the CmaX Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s), the CmaX CASS Omnibus Pledged Securities Account(s), and the GC Pooling Re-use Pledged Securities Account(s).
