Pledge Rate definition

Pledge Rate refers to the percentage of the value of the Equity Interests pledged hereunder to the exclusive technical consulting and service fees under the Service Agreement.
Pledge Rate means the ratio between the value of the pledged shares hereunder and the amount of the consideration and rent under the Commercial Agreements.
Pledge Rate means a rate of interest applicable to Class A-1 Notes equal to ABR plus 2% per annum.

  • Debt Rate The weighted average (based on Outstanding principal amount) rate of interest on the Certificates issued pursuant to the Indenture.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • U.S. Prime Rate means the per annum rate of interest announced by the Agent, at its main office from time to time as its "prime rate" (it being acknowledged that such announced rate may not necessarily be the lowest rate charged by the Agent to any of its customers), which U.S. Prime Rate shall change simultaneously with any change in such announced rate.

  • Swingline Rate means the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Loans.
