pleasure craft means vessels which are manufactured or operated primarily for recreational purposes, or leased, rented, or chartered to a person or business for recreational purposes. The owner or operator of such vessels shall be responsible for certifying that the intended use is for recreational purposes.
Chief of Staff means the medical staff member appointed by the Board to serve as such in accordance with the Public Hospitals Act and the Professional Staff By-law;
the CE of Skills Funding means the Chief Executive of Skills Funding;
Guarantor’s Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Guarantor or any committee of that board duly authorized to act generally or in any particular respect for the Guarantor hereunder.
General Council means the General Council of the University;
