Plaza Improvements means new hard-scape surfaces consisting of a combination of pavers divided by concrete “ribbons”, and new concrete sidewalks.   • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Joint Improvements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(d).

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.
