Playdate definition

Playdate means three (3) telecasts of a Program episode on a single Basic TV Licensed Service within a twenty-four (24) hour period.
Playdate shall be defined as three (3) telecasts of a title within a consecutive twenty-four (24) hour period.
Playdate means: One or more telecast of the Film during a twenty-four (24) hour period over the non- overlapping telecast facilities of an authorised telecaster such that the Film is only capable of reception on television receivers within the reception zone of such telecaster during such period.

Examples of Playdate in a sentence

  • The License Period for each Pay TV or Free TV Licensed Right ends on the earlier of the end of the License Period specified in the Deal Terms or the conclusion of the last Authorized Run or Playdate for such Licensed Right.

  • For each Program episode licensed hereunder, the Maximum Permitted Number of Exhibitions shall be both of the following: (a) one (1) exhibition on a single Free TV Licensed Service of such Program episode each time there is a Triggering U.S. Telecast and (b) one (1) Playdate on a single Basic TV Licensed Service each time there is an authorized exhibition hereunder on a Free TV Licensed Service; provided such Playdate must commence within seven (7) days after such Triggering U.S. Telecast.
