Platform Partner means any service provider that provides access to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Platform and Services via its own Services; "Customer" means the customer for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Services identified on the Signup Form;

• The Platform Partner will notify you when this new functionality becomes available, and when this new functionality is available you will be notified by the Platform Partner when your monthly statement is available on the Platform to view and download.

• Affic’s maximum liability for any damages or costs arising out of or related to theAgreement, whether in contract or tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to theamount of the fees Platform Partner paid to Affic for the access and use of theServices in one contract year per event giving rise to the liability (for this purpose interrelated events will be treated as a single event), whereby Affic’s total liability in one contract year shall never exceed EUR 5.000,- (five thousand euro’s).

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synapse does not make, and specifically disclaims, any and all warranties and liabilities related to any Platform, Partner Financial Institution, or third-party service provider in connection with your use of the Synapse-Enabled Services.
