Platform Partner definition

Platform Partner means Apple, Google, Facebook, Amazon, Tencent and Kakao and any other platforms which distribute or make games available to customers;
Platform Partner means any service provider that provides access to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Platform and Services via its own Services; "Customer" means the customer for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Services identified on the Signup Form;

  • Once each written confirmation is given by each Participating Platform Partner, any ancillary agreements, amendments, additions or modifications to this Agreement shall be made in writing and signed by the Parties, but will only become effective after the Cascade Funding Partner has received written confirmation from each Participating Partner that it agrees to their content, such written confirmation to be given in the manner set out at the above paragraph.

  • Affic’s maximum liability for any damages or costs arising out of or related to theAgreement, whether in contract or tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to theamount of the fees Platform Partner paid to Affic for the access and use of theServices in one contract year per event giving rise to the liability (for this purpose interrelated events will be treated as a single event), whereby Affic’s total liability in one contract year shall never exceed EUR 5.000,- (five thousand euro’s).

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synapse does not make, and specifically disclaims, any and all warranties and liabilities related to any Platform, Partner Financial Institution, or third-party service provider in connection with your use of the Synapse-Enabled Services.
