Plat or Plats definition

Plat or Plats means the subdivision plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Henry County, Georgia.
Plat or Plats means all real property subject to this Declaration as set forth on Page 1 together with such Additional Land when annexed and subjected to this Declaration by an Amended Declaration, and shall refer to the official subdivision plats filed of record with the County Recorder, including any subsequent subdivision plats for the purpose of annexing Additional Land to this Declaration.
Plat or Plats means any recorded plat(s) or map(s) executed by or consented to by Developer, Xxxxxx or True, creating a subdivision of a portion or portion(s) of the Original Tract into Lots, Common Areas, streets, and other features, including but not limited to that certain plat entitled “OAK BRIDGE AT WATERLEAF, PHASE 1, MAP 1” recorded in Map Book 55, Page 647, Mecklenburg County Public Registry.
