Plastics Business definition

Plastics Business shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.
Plastics Business means the global plastics distribution business of Seller, its Affiliates and the Plastics Business Subsidiaries.
Plastics Business has the meaning set forth in the Plastics APA.
