Plant Shrinkage definition

Plant Shrinkage means the thermal content of Plant Products removed from Gas as a result of processing at the Plant.
Plant Shrinkage means the combined Antrim Gas stream loss associated with CO2 removal and the fuel actually used each Month at the Chestonia 17 CO2 Treating Plant on the Radec Pipeline.

Plant Shrinkage means the thermal content of Plant Products removed from Gas as a result of processing at the Plant. “Producer” is defined in the preamble. “Producer’s Gas” means the Dedicated Reserves committed hereunder by Producer. “Producer Price Index” means the index covering intermediate materials, supplies and components; as determined and published by the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics (“BLS”) or any successor agency thereto. “Producer’s Reservations” is defined in Section 3.4. “Quarterly Minimum Volume” means, for each calendar quarter in the Minimum Volume Period, a minimum volume of Producer’s Gas equal to 22,800 Mcf per Day multiplied by the number of Days in each such calendar quarter “Questar” means Questar Pipeline Company and any successor thereto. “Receipt Points” means the outlet flange of the metering facilities at each of the existing receipt points as of the Effective Date, for which the Producer owns the meters and which are described in Schedule 2 and (ii) the inlet flange of the metering facilities for any new or existing receipt points that may, from time to time, be added by Gatherer to the Gathering

Plant Shrinkage means the decrease in Customer’s Gas volume as adjusted for heating content that results from the conversion of liquefiable hydrocarbons in the Gas into Plant Products utilizing the standards set forth in Article V of the General Terms and Conditions, and shall be based on the applicable Fixed Recovery Percentages. “PPI” means the Producer Price Index by Commodity for Final Demand: Finished Goods, Seasonally Adjusted (Series Id: WPSFD49207), as published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics; provided, however, (i) if the Bureau of Labor Statistics ceases to publish such index, the PPI shall mean a comparable index selected by SCM and reasonably acceptable to Customer, and (ii) if the applicable governmental agency or other entity that publishes or issues such index changes the base year for such index or the manner in which such index is calculated, then determination of adjustments pursuant to this Agreement that are based on comparative values of such index shall be made using values for such index that are calculated using the same base year and the same methodology for each index value used in such comparison. “Primary Term” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 of the Agreement. “Prior Dedication” means any gathering or processing agreement or any commitment or arrangement (including any volume commitment) that would require or necessitate Dedicated Gas to be gathered on any gathering system or similar system other than the SCM GGP System or for Dedicated Gas to be processed anywhere other than at the Plant. “Processing Fee” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(d) of the Agreement. 6

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Fuel oil means heavy distillates or residues from crude oil or blends of such materials intended for use as a fuel for the production of heat or power of a quality equivalent to the “American Society for Testing and Materials’ Specification for Number Four Fuel Oil (Designation D 396-69)”, or heavier.

  • Liquefied petroleum gas means a mixture of light hydrocarbons (predominantly propane, butane) that is gaseous under conditions of ambient temperature and pressure and that is maintained in a liquid state by an increase of pressure or lowering of temperature;

  • Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Landfill Gas means any gas derived through any biological process from the decomposition of waste buried within a waste disposal site.

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;

  • Plant canopy means the square footage dedicated to live plant production and does not include areas such as office space or areas used for the storage of fertilizers, pesticides, or other products.

  • Residual disinfectant concentration means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/L in a representative sample of water.

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Hydrocarbons means oil, gas, casinghead gas, drip gasoline, natural gasoline, condensate, distillate, liquid hydrocarbons, gaseous hydrocarbons and all products refined or separated therefrom.

  • Imbalance means the difference between Deliveries to KUB for a Customer and Redeliveries by KUB to the Customer.

  • Plant means the machinery and apparatus intended to form or forming part of the Works.

  • Non-Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHC means the sum of all hydrocarbon air pollutants except methane.

  • Hydrocarbon means a compound consisting of hydrogen and carbon, which, when naturally occurring, may also contain other elements such as sulphur;

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Petroleum Substances means petroleum, natural gas, natural gas liquids, related hydrocarbons and any and all other substances, whether liquid, solid or gaseous, whether hydrocarbons or not, produced or producible in association with any of the foregoing.

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • Transportation project means any project that the department is authorized by law to undertake including but not limited to a highway, tollway, bridge, mass transit, intelligent transportation system, traffic management, traveler information services, or any other project for transportation purposes.

  • Probable Mineral Reserve means the economically mineable part of an indicated and, in some circumstances, a measured mineral resource demonstrated by at least a preliminary feasibility study. This study must include adequate information on mining, processing, metallurgical, economic and other relevant factors that demonstrate, at the time of reporting, that economic extraction can be justified;

  • Drip irrigation means any non-spray low volume irrigation system utilizing emission devices with a flow rate measured in gallons per hour. Low volume irrigation systems are specifically designed to apply small volumes of water slowly at or near the root zone of plants.
