Plant Fuel definition

Plant Fuel means the MMBTU’s of Gas consumed at the Plant for fuel which shall include, but shall in no way be limited to, fuel used for Gas compression, conditioning and treating; recovery, extraction, and removal of Plant Products; and the recompression of the Residue Gas.
Plant Fuel means that portion of gas used for the operation of the Processor’s Plant, including but not limited to plant compression, which shall be equal to ** of the inlet quantity of Producer’s Gas delivered to Processor at the Receipt Point(s), as expressed on an MMBtu basis. SPECIFIC TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED. THE REDACTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN SEPARATELY FILED WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, AND THE TERMS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE WITH TWO ASTERISKS (**).
Plant Fuel means Gas which is metered and consumed to power and/or operate processes or equipment in the Plants.

  • The Steam Plant Fuel Cost Adjustment tariff.When the billing period includes a change in the charges of an above referenced Energy Cost Adjustment tariff, the customer’s bill shall be prorated accordingly.

More Definitions of Plant Fuel

Plant Fuel means the quantity of Gas or other hydrocarbons purchased by Processor to operate the Plant.
Plant Fuel means, as to any applicable Month, the MMBtu volume of metered Gas or other hydrocarbons used or consumed as fuel in the operation (including compression) of the Century Plant or the Legacy Plants, as applicable.
Plant Fuel means the MMBtus of Gas or other hydrocarbons used or consumed in the operation of the Processing Plant for fuel, flared Gas, and lost and unaccounted for Gas.
