Plant Day definition

Plant Day shall have the meaning set out in the Demerger Agreement.
Plant Day means the date on which a member of the Indivior Group takes operational control of the Fine Chemical Plant at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇;

Plant Day means the date on which the Buyer takes operational control of the FCP in accordance with the Transitional Services Agreement.
