The Planned Maintenance Schedule, once finalised and agreed, must be loaded into Auckland Council’s Asset Management System.
The Supplier will be required to submit the first proposed Planned Maintenance Schedule at least four weeks prior to the agreement commencement date and then on an annual basis for Auckland Council’s review.
