Planned Maintenance Downtime definition

Planned Maintenance Downtime means the time for which the System is unavailable to the Customer for Xxxxxxx-xxx.xxx to perform maintenance for security and system integrity purposes and provide System upgrades.
Planned Maintenance Downtime means the time for which EFT Arcus is not Available to You while Globalscape performs maintenance for security and system integrity purposes and provides EFT Arcus upgrades. Globalscape will use reasonable efforts to schedule such maintenance during the Standard Maintenance Window or Your non- core business hours as much as practicable.
Planned Maintenance Downtime means the time during which the Licensed Software is unavailable to the Customer for Board to perform maintenance and provide Upgrades. The Planned Maintenance Downtime will be performed during a Sunday of each month, from 9am to 12pm (local region time), unless otherwise communicated by Board.

Examples of Planned Maintenance Downtime in a sentence

  • Planned Maintenance Downtime is regularly scheduled if it is communicated in accordance with the notice section set forth below at least five (5) days in advance and will be planned for between 8:00 pm to midnight, Coordinated Universal Time, as much as practicable.

To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Emergency Maintenance means all maintenance performed when a Cloud Service Request demands immediate, unplanned attention, as reasonably determined by Hexagon.
