Planned Capital Expenditures definition

Planned Capital Expenditures means the Capital Expenditures described on Schedule 1.
Planned Capital Expenditures means, with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, $6.0 million in fiscal year 2004, $6.5 million in fiscal year 2005 and for each fiscal year thereafter, representing the planned amount of Capital Expenditures of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such periods.
Planned Capital Expenditures means capital expenditures, the timing, amount and purpose of which is provided for in the Capital Expenditure Plan.
