Plan Investment Committee definition

Plan Investment Committee means the committee designated by the Executive Committee of Kansas City Life Insurance Company to select investment funds under the Plan as provided in Article VI.
Plan Investment Committee means the Committee described in Section 11.5 appointed by the Vice PresidentHuman Resources of the Employer (and any successor to that title or position).

The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.
