PlainsCapital means PlainsCapital Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas.

PlainsCapital means PlainsCapital Bank, the Debtor's prepetition secured lender pursuant to (i) that certain Promissory Note dated March 16, 2016, in the original principal amount of $929,000, (ii) that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated March 16, 2016, and (iii) that certain Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Assignment of Leases, Assignment of Rents, and Financing Statement recorded on June 6, 2016.

  • financial holding company means a financial holding company as defined in point (20) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;
