Plains Pipeline System means the crude oil pipeline transportation system and related facilities located between Cushing, Oklahoma and Bxxxxx Station that are owned and operated by Plains, including the pipeline, injection stations, breakout storage tanks, crude oil receiving and delivery facilities and any associated or adjacent facility.
