Examples of Place Offer in a sentence

  • The Trustees shall concur with the Company in making any modifications in these presents which in the opinion of the Trustees shall be expedient to make in terms of provision of the Information Memorandum / Private Place Offer Letter and SEBI Guidelines, and the Trustees shall give effect to the same by executing necessary Supplemental Trust Deed(s) to these presents.

  • In the event of any repugnancy or inconsistency in this Trust Deed and Information Memorandum / Private Place Offer Letter, and any other security document or Undertaking that the Company may enter into with or execute in favour of the Trustees, the said Information Memorandum / Private Place Offer Letter will prevail for all purposes and to all intents.

  • Place of Closing means the registered office of the Corporation or such other place as may be agreed to by the parties to the subject transaction;

If the employee is not required to report for employment duties on a regular and ordinary basis to a fixed location, "principal place of work" means the worksite location in this state to which the employee is required to report for employment duties on a regular and ordinary basis.   • Principal place of business means the head office or registered office of the organisation within which the principal financial functions and operational control of the activities referred to in this Regulation are exercised;

  • Place of Conversion has the meaning specified in Section 3.1.

  • Regular place of business means an office at which the taxpayer carries on its business in a regular and systematic manner and which is continuously maintained, occupied and used by employees of the taxpayer.
