Pipes and Appurtenances means pipes, pipelines, manholes, valves, appurtenances and service connections necessary or convenient for the operation of said pipes or pipelines, including conduits, cathodic protection devices, wires, cables, other appurtenances and fiber optic communications systems necessary or convenient for the exercise of the Grantee’s business in, upon, along, across, under or over those streets of the City which are described in the attached Exhibit “A” which is incorporated by reference.

  • Fixtures and Fittings means all the Landlord’s furniture, furnishings, sanitary xxxx, decorative features, white goods, other equipment or any floor, ceiling or wall coverings and include anything listed in any Inventory and Schedule of Condition supplied.
