Pipeline Service Order definition

Pipeline Service Order has the meaning set forth in Section 8(a).

  • In case of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any Pipeline Service Order, the terms of the applicable Pipeline Service Order shall govern.

  • Any such newly imposed taxes or regulatory fees as provided for in this Section 6(a) shall be specified in an applicable Pipeline Service Order.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, if expenditures requiring a Surcharge may be avoided or reduced through changes in operations, then the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to set forth the appropriate changes in a Pipeline Service Order to evidence the reduction of the amount of a Surcharge while leaving the Parties in the same relative economic position they held before the laws or regulations were changed or enacted.

  • The Parties shall then meet to negotiate in good faith amendments to this Agreement or to an applicable Pipeline Service Order that will conform to the new Applicable Law while preserving the Parties’ economic, operational, commercial and competitive arrangements in accordance with the understandings set forth herein.

  • If during the Term, any new Applicable Law becomes effective or any existing Applicable Law or its interpretation is materially changed, which change is not addressed by another provision of this Agreement and which has a material adverse economic impact upon a Party, either Party, acting in good faith, shall have the option to request renegotiation of the relevant provisions of this Agreement or a Pipeline Service Order with respect to future performance.

  • Any fees of a fixed amount set forth in this Agreement and any Pipeline Service Order shall be increased on January 1 of each year of the Term, commencing on January 1, 2015, by a percentage equal to the positive change, if any, in the CPI-U (All Urban Consumers) during the first twelve (12) Month period beginning fifteen (15) Months preceding such January 1, as reported by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

  • Upon a request by TRMC pursuant to this Agreement or as deemed necessary or appropriate by TLO in connection with the services to be delivered pursuant hereto, TLO shall generate a Pipeline Service Order to set forth the specific terms and conditions for providing the applicable services described therein and the applicable fees to be charged for such services.

  • If, during any Month, actual shipments by TRMC on the Crude Pipelines are less than the Crude MTC, then TRMC shall pay a shortfall payment to TSPC based on the Transportation Fees and Excess Throughput Fees for such Month, as set forth and calculated in the Pipeline Service Order applicable to throughput of Crude Oil (the “Crude Shortfall Payment”).

  • In addition, TRMC shall pay any applicable Excess Throughput Fee as set forth and calculated in the applicable Pipeline Service Order.

  • If a Party breaches any provision of this Agreement or a Pipeline Service Order, which breach does not have a material adverse effect on the other Party, the breaching Party shall still have the obligation to cure such breach.

Related to Pipeline Service Order

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Terminal means a device authorized by a Party Lottery to function in an on-line, interactive mode with the lottery's computer gaming system for the purpose of issuing lottery tickets and entering, receiving, and processing lottery transactions, including purchases, validating tickets, and transmitting reports.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Transportation Service Agreement means the contract between KUB and the Customer whereby KUB agrees to provide transportation gas service to the Customer.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same. Switching and Tagging Rules:

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Transmission Service Agreement or “TSA” shall mean the agreement entered into between Long Term Transmission Customer(s) and the TSP pursuant to which TSP shall build, own, operate and maintain the Project and make available the assets of the Project to Long Term Transmission Customer(s) on a commercial basis;

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:
