Pipeline Project definition

Pipeline Project means the Project relating to the Pipeline Project Properties, as described on the Schedule of Collateral Royalties in Schedule 1.1(a).

Pipeline Project means the Project relating to the Pipeline Project Properties.

Pipeline Project means a proposed use or project for which the City has received all required applications, and required supporting information and documents, and which has been entered into the City’s project tracking system.

More Definitions of Pipeline Project

Pipeline Project means any and all buildings, structures, fixtures and other improvements made on or for the benefit of the Project or the Real Property and part of the construction of a natural gas pipeline connecting Borrower’s ethanol production facility to the natural gas pipeline facilities of Northern Border Pipeline Company in Cottonwood County, Minnesota.

Pipeline Project means an 18 inch (18”) (or larger) underground pipeline and at least one pump station transporting treated effluent from TMWRF to TRI Center.

Pipeline Project means a Project involving a Project Gene for which Lexicon [**].
