Pipeline Employee definition
Pipeline Employee means any individual (i) employed on a full-time, part-time, or contract basis as of and after the date of the announcement of the Acquisition whose job responsibilities primarily relate to the Pipeline Business, or (ii) identified by agreement between Respondents and the Acquirer and made a part of the Divestiture Agreement.
Pipeline Employee means any individual who is an employee of Atlas or any of its Affiliates prior to the Closing but who will be employed by AHD GP, AHD, APL GP, APL or any of their respective Subsidiaries following the Closing.
Pipeline Employee means any individual who is an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates prior to the AHD Transactions but who will be employed by any of the Pipeline Subsidiaries following the Effective Time.
