Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.
Direction-indicator lamp means the lamp used to indicate to other road-users that the driver intends to change direction to the right or to the left;
IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;
Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):
Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.
Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”
Runtime Product means the version specific files and application program interfaces (APIs) specified in the RUNTIME.TXT file provided with SAP Crystal Reports 2008, SAP Crystal Reports for Eclipse 2.0, and SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010.
Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.
Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:
Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;
Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).
Final Product means a product that is not used in producing other products and is built and intended for use outdoors, provided the final product has not deteriorated or has otherwise become a potential source of contaminants.
Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.
Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.
Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.
Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.
Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);
Original Product means the product from which You are upgrading. You are authorized to use the Software only if You are the authorized user of the Original Product and You may use the Software to replace Your licensed unit count of the Original Product on a one-for-one basis, not exceeding the authorized licensed unit count for the Original Software. This Agreement shall replace and govern any license agreement for the surviving units of Original Product. This Agreement is specific to the Software (by product and version) that it accompanies, and You may not re-allocate Your Software licensed unit count to another product or version except under express written permission from Licensor. Maintenance and Support. Licensor has no obligation to provide support unless You purchase an offering that expressly includes support services. If You make such a purchase and no separate agreement specifically applies to the support services, then the terms of this Agreement will govern the provision of such support services (“Services”). Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;
Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

Manufacturer means the person or body responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.
