Pigments Business definition

Pigments Business means the business of producing, marketing, developing and selling synthetic iron oxide and other inorganic pigments.
Pigments Business means the manufacturing of pigments and additives that improve performance and add color to everyday items, such as paints, inks, plastics, concrete, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food.
Pigments Business means the businesses of the Company being sold pursuant to the Pigments Business Disposition Agreement.
