Pier 1 Shopper Data definition

Pier 1 Shopper Data has the meaning set forth in the Program Agreement.
Pier 1 Shopper Data means all personally identifiable information regarding a Pier 1 Shopper that is obtained by (or on behalf of) Pier 1 or any of its Affiliates at any time (including prior to the date hereof), including personally identifiable information obtained in connection with such Pier 1 Shopper making a purchase of Pier 1 Goods and Services, and including Pier 1’s “In-Touch” customer data.

Examples of Pier 1 Shopper Data in a sentence

  • Bank shall cooperate in the maintenance of Pier 1 Shopper Data and other data, including by incorporating in the Application and Cardholder Agreement provisions mutually agreed to by the Parties pursuant to which applicants and Cardholders shall agree that they are providing their identifying information and all updates thereto and all transaction data from Pier 1 Channels to both Bank and Pier 1 and its Affiliates.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the same or similar information may be contained in the Cardholder Data, Pier 1 Shopper Data, and other data and that each such pool of data shall therefore be considered separate information subject to the specific provisions applicable to that data hereunder.

  • This will include the use of data encryption or another form of agreed-upon secure data transmission method during transmission of all Cardholder Data and Pier 1 Shopper Data by both Bank and Pier 1.

  • Bank acknowledges and agrees that it has no proprietary interest in Pier 1 Shopper Data.

  • As between Pier 1 and Bank, all Pier 1 Shopper Data shall be owned exclusively by Pier 1.

Related to Pier 1 Shopper Data

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Service Data has the meaning set forth in clause 5.7 of this Agreement.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Voice over internet protocol service means any service that:

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Personal Data.

  • Analytical x-ray system means a group of components utilizing x-rays to determine the elemental composition or to examine the microstructure of materials.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Hyperlink means a special HTML code that allows text or graphics to serve as a link that, when clicked on, takes a user to another place in the same document, to another document, or to another Internet Web site or Web page.
