PI Insurance Company definition

PI Insurance Company means any insurance company, insurance broker or syndicate insurance broker, guaranty association or any other entity that may have liability under an Included PI Trust Insurance Policy, including any reinsurers with respect to claims covered by an Included PI Trust Insurance Policy, provided, however, PI Insurance Company shall not include any Protected Party.
PI Insurance Company means any insurance company, insurance broker or syndicate insurance broker, guaranty association or any other entity that may have liability under an Included PI Trust Insurance Policy, provided, however, PI Insurance Company shall not include any Protected Party (except to the extent such PI Insurance Company is a Settling Insurance Company).
