physical recreation premises means any of the following, whether operated on a for profit or not-for-profit basis:

Person means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
recreation area means a place used for outdoor recreation that is normally open to the public, and includes:
Built-up area means the sum of area of the Apartment or Flat. It shall include area encompassed within the walls of Apartment or Flat, all balconies, whether covered or un-covered, and thickness of wall. In case there be a common wall only 50% of thickness of such wall shall be taken in consideration for calculating the built-up area;
Building Area means that portion of the zoning lot that can be occupied by the principal use, excluding the front, rear and side yards.
Carpet Area means the net usable floor area of an apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, exclusive balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace area, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the apartment.
danger area means an airspace of defined dimensions within which activities dangerous to the flight of aircraft may exist at specified times;
Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.
Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.
School premises means either of the following:
class 2 food premises means food premises, within the meaning of the Food Act 1984 , that have been declared as class 2 food premises under section 19C of that Act
Office Building Project Buildings Total Destruction means if the Office Building Project Buildings are damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost of repair is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Office Building Project Buildings.
Class I area means any area designated under section 162 or 164 of the Federal Clean Air Act as a Class I area. The following areas are the Class I areas in Washington state:
Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, or other structures not used as living space, as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.
class 1 food premises means food premises, within the meaning of the Food Act 1984, that have been declared as class 1 food premises under section 19C of that Act
office premises means a building or place used for the purpose of administrative, clerical, technical, professional or similar activities that do not include dealing with members of the public at the building or place on a direct and regular basis, except where such dealing is a minor activity (by appointment) that is ancillary to the main purpose for which the building or place is used.
Rate Center Area means the following in each applicable area:
Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.
registered premises means a location that is licensed pursuant to this chapter and includes:
Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;
Modular building means, but shall not be limited to, single and multifamily houses, apartment units, commercial buildings, and permanent additions thereof, comprised of one or more sections that are intended to become real property, primarily constructed at a location other than the permanent site, built to comply with the Virginia Industrialized Building Safety Law (§36-70 et seq.) as regulated by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development, and shipped with most permanent components in place to the site of final assembly. For purposes of this chapter, a modular building shall not include a mobile office as defined in § 58.1-2401 or any manufactured building subject to and certified under the provisions of the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. § 5401 et seq.).
Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.
Rentable Area of the Premises shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.
Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.
Office Building Project Buildings means all of the buildings on the Office Building Project site.
LANDSCAPED OPEN SPACE means the open, unobstructed space, on a lot, accessible by walking from the street on which the lot is located and which is suitable for the growth and maintenance of grass, flowers, bushes, trees and other landscaping. This definition may include any surfaced walk, patio or similar area but shall not include any driveway or ramp, whether surfaced or not, nor any curb, retaining wall, or any parking area; nor any open space beneath or within a building or structure.
