Physical Damage Policies definition

Physical Damage Policies means the policies of insurance referred to in paragraph 1 of Section 1 Schedule Part 12 (Insurance Requirements)
Physical Damage Policies has the meaning given to it in clause 72.13.1 (Reinstatement);
