Philips Distributor definition
Philips Distributor means a distribution entity (including network marketers, but excluding Affiliates of Philips) that purchases OEM Products and/or Philips Products from Philips and resells the same directly to Philips Retailers.

DMS shall thereafter refrain from representing itself as an authorized Philips Distributor and from using any Philips trademark or trade name and shall return Product literature and collateral materials promptly.
