PHB reserves the right to require additional insurance coverage as may be required by statutory changes during the term.
Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and at any time thereafter, PHB may terminate the Contract for cause.
If the Contract results in any copyrightable material or inventions, PHB reserves the right to a royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish or otherwise use, and to authorize others to use, the work or materials for governmental purposes.
In addition, if the Contract is terminated for cause, PHB may complete the work either itself or by agreement with another subrecipient, or by a combination thereof.

PHB may declare any funds disbursed to Subrecipient, to be immediately due and payable in full.
PHB or Subrecipient may, from time to time, request changes in writing in the scope of services or terms and conditions hereunder.
Subrecipient shall immediately refund to PHB any unexpended funds received by Subrecipient.
In the event the cost of completing the work exceeds the amount actually paid to Subrecipient hereunder plus the remaining unpaid balance of the compensation provided herein, then Subrecipient shall pay to PHB the amount of excess.
