Phase II Landfill Gas System Work means everything required to be furnished and done for and relating to the Landfill Gas System by the Gas Producer during Phase II, as described in the Phase I and II Scope of Work for the Gas Agreement.
Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.
Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
Transportation project means any project that the department is authorized by law to undertake including but not limited to a highway, tollway, bridge, mass transit, intelligent transportation system, traffic management, traveler information services, or any other project for transportation purposes.
Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;
Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;
Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.
Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.
drainage work means any construction or reconstruction of or any alteration or addition to, or any work done in connection with a drainage installation but shall not include any work undertaken solely for purposes of repair or maintenance;
The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.
Landfill Gas means any gas derived through any biological process from the decomposition of waste buried within a waste disposal site.
Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;
Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".
Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.
The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.
Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:
