Phase I Land definition

Phase I Land means that certain parcel of land owned by Landlord, adjacent to the Property and more particularly described on Exhibit A-3 to this Lease.
Phase I Land means the portion of Project Land admeasuring 11135.4 sqm (119860 sqft).
Phase I Land means those certain parcels of real property described in Exhibit A. The parties acknowledge that the legal description of the Phase I Land may be revised in accordance with the Option Agreement.

Examples of Phase I Land in a sentence

  • The Subdivider represents and warrants to the Municipality that, at the date of this Agreement and at the time of the registration of this Agreement upon the title to the Phase I Land, all persons having any interest in the Phase I Land as owner, mortgagee, tenant, easement holder or other encumbrancer are as described in Schedule “C” attached to this Agreement.

  • Part 1 of Schedule “C” lists those existing registered interests in the Phase I Land for which the Municipality shall not require postponements in interest to this Agreement, such as existing municipal agreements.

  • Photographic reductions of copies of the plans and drawings are reproduced in Schedules to this Agreement to facilitate registration of this Agreement on title to the Phase I Land.

  • All such Phase I Attractions are expected to be located generally on the Phase I Land, as shown on Exhibit C attached hereto.

  • The Subdivider consents to and will register this Agreement against the title to the Phase I Land in the Land Office immediately prior to the registration of the Phase I Plan to the intent and purpose that this Agreement and all of the Subdivider’s covenants herein shall run with the Phase I Land.


More Definitions of Phase I Land

Phase I Land means that certain parcel of real property located in the City of Arlington, County of Tarrant, State of Texas, and being more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes, together with all rights and appurtenances pertaining to such real estate, including, without limitation, any and all rights of in and to all roads, alleys, easements, streets and ways adjacent to the same and, strips and gores and rights of ingress and egress thereto.
Phase I Land shall include the Remainder, and all other references to the Remainder are hereby deleted. Seller commenced the process of causing the Phase I Land (which definition includes the Remainder) to be replatted so that the Phase I Land (including the Remainder) is platted as a single block. As currently platted, the Phase I Land (including the Remainder) and the Release Parcel are platted as a single block. Seller may, but is not obligated to, continue such replatting efforts, or Seller may cease all work in connection therewith.
Phase I Land means a portion of Scheduled Land admeasuring 43594.51 sq. mtrs upon which flats bearing no. 1358 of project land approved under provision 1C(ii) and 3A of Chief Minister Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, 2015 and Building Bylaws i.e., Phase 1 of the project is being developed and more particularly detailed in Part II of Schedule A.
Phase I Land means the land described on Exhibit 3.4 attached to the Phase I Development Agreement.
