Phase 1 Managed Lanes definition

Phase 1 Managed Lanes means: For the purpose of the work being carried out under the Phase 1 Design-Build Contract, means the managed lanes to be constructed under the Phase 1 Design-Build Contract; For the purpose of the performance of the Services, the managed lanes on US 36 described at Section 1.2.12 of the HPTE Services Requirements including all Assets associated with or forming part of, or necessary for the operation and maintenance of, the Phase 1 Managed Lanes; and For the purpose of the performance of the Snow and Ice Control Services means the managed lanes on US 36 described at Section 2 of the HPTE Snow and Ice Control Services Requirements.
