Pharmacy Practitioner definition

Pharmacy Practitioner means an individual (Community Pharmacist/ Hospital Pharmacist/ Clinical Pharmacist/ Drug information Pharmacist) currently licensed, registered or otherwise authorized under the Act to counsel or otherwise and administer drugs in the course of professional practice.

Examples of Pharmacy Practitioner in a sentence

  • Three (3) or more years of previous practice-related experience where greater than 50% of practice time was spent managing chronic diseases (confirmed by attestation by the Director of Pharmacy) NOTE: All applicants will be expected to apply for Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner (CPP) designation with the state of Montana within 1 year of completing training.
