Pharmacy Practitioner definition
Pharmacy Practitioner means an individual (Community Pharmacist/ Hospital Pharmacist/ Clinical Pharmacist/ Drug information Pharmacist) currently licensed, registered or otherwise authorized under the Act to counsel or otherwise and administer drugs in the course of professional practice.

Three (3) or more years of previous practice-related experience where greater than 50% of practice time was spent managing chronic diseases (confirmed by attestation by the Director of Pharmacy) NOTE: All applicants will be expected to apply for Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner (CPP) designation with the state of Montana within 1 year of completing training.
