Pharmacy Operations means Pharmacy Operations, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Medicine Shoppe. Pharmacy Operations means Pharmacy Operations, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Medicine Shoppe. Pharmacy Operations is a corporation organized, existing, and doing business under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices located at 1100 North Lindbergh, St. Louis, Missouri 63132.
