Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Participants definition

Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Participants means any entity that engages in or has engaged in the manufacture, marketing, promotion, reporting, distribution, dispensing of, or prescription of any opioid analgesic.

  • In the event that settling Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Participants do not pay the fees and expenses of the Participating Local Governments directly at the time settlement is achieved, payments to counsel for Participating Local Governments shall be made from the GFF over not more than three years, with 50% paid within 12 months of the date of Settlement and 25% paid in each subsequent year, or at the time the total Settlement amount is paid to the Trustee by the Defendants, whichever is sooner.

  • The State and the Participating Local Governments further agree to keep each other reasonably informed of all other global settlement negotiations with Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Participants.

  • Neither this provision, nor any other, shall be construed to state or imply that either the State or the Participating Local Governments (collectively, the “Arizona Parties”) are unauthorized to engage in settlement negotiations with Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Participants without prior consent or contemporaneous participation of the other, or that either party is entitled to participate as an active or direct participant in settlement negotiations with the other.
