Phantom Service Point definition

Phantom Service Point means a fractional portion of a Phantom Service Unit, as described in Section 3(a).

  • The total number of Phantom Service Points outstanding (after taking into account any adjustments made pursuant to Section 7) shall be referred to as the “Total Phantom Service Point Pool”.

  • Service Point the place at which the Services are to be performed.
