P&G Fields of Use definition

P&G Fields of Use means any and all fields of use and applications relating to or associated with the areas and lines of business in which P&G now or hereafter does business (including, without limitation, all fields related to P&G’s business units and product lines), as it exists at the relevant time, except for the Corium Core Field. Without limiting the foregoing and for illustration purposes only, the P&G Fields of Use shall include, without limitation, all products related to tooth whitening, whether or not prescription based, as well as any non-prescription oral care applications, including the professional field such as dentists, denture adhesive products and products that may provide one or more of the following benefits, either on a stand-alone basis or as a combination: tooth whitening, anti-caries, anti-gingivitis, anti-bacterial, breath freshening or oral cavity pain relief for use in humans or animals. The P&G Fields of Use include, but are not limited to, Personal and Beauty Care Products (e.g., antiperspirants/deodorants, colognes, cosmetics, feminine protection, hair care, hair color, personal cleansing, fragrances skin care, etc.); Household Care Products (e.g., dish care, car care, hard surface and household cleaners, cleaning appliances, laundry detergents and conditioners, fabric refreshers, bleach and care for special fabrics, etc.), Baby and Family Care Products (e.g., diapers, baby and toddler wipes, baby bibs, baby change and bed mats, paper towels, toilet tissue, facial tissue, etc.); Pet Nutrition and Care, Health and Care; Water Purification Products, and Snacks and Beverages. For clarity, the P&G Fields of Use include the P&G Primary Field of Use. It is understood that the P&G Fields of Use may expand, but not into the Corium Core Field, in the event P&G acquires another company.
P&G Fields of Use means, being applicable to ****, including the PRIMARY P&G FIELD OF USE, and applications relating to or associated with ****. The P&G FIELDS OF USE excludes the BIOLASE RETAINED FIELD. The P&G FIELDS OF USE also excludes the ****, unless P&G exercises its option to add the ****to the PRIMARY P&G FIELD OF USE.
P&G Fields of Use means, being applicable to [* * * ], any and all fields of use, including the PRIMARY P&G FIELD OF USE, and applications relating to or associated with [* * ] product [* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ] including, but not limited to, those [* * ] product categories listed in attached Exhibit D. The P&G FIELDS OF USE excludes the BIOLASE RETAINED FIELD. The P&G FIELDS OF USE also excludes the [* * * * ] FIELD OF USE, unless P&G exercises its option to add the [* * * ] FIELD OF USE to the PRIMARY P&G FIELD OF USE.

Examples of P&G Fields of Use in a sentence

  • P&G shall have the full and unrestricted right to make any and all decisions, in its sole discretion, surrounding its use of the Corium Technology, including, without limitation, the development, testing, marketing, manufacture, sourcing, packaging, sale, distribution, marketing and pricing of any Licensed Products in the P&G Fields of Use utilizing the Corium Technology, as well as whether or not to launch, market, promote, distribute and sell any product using or relying on the Corium Technology.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is understood by the Parties that disclosure of Confidential Information by P&G to suppliers, contract manufacturers, testing organizations or consumer testing, or consultants for the purposes of market testing, product development or manufacture within the P&G Fields of Use or for a specific product application under Paragraph 2.5 constitute purposes specifically contemplated by this Agreement and/or the Services Agreement.

  • Corium shall disclose, transmit and deliver to P&G or its designee, orally, and in writing (including electronically), all of such Corium Technology described in Exhibit A relating to P&G Fields of Use other than tooth whitening, including the patent applications for the Corium Patents and patent prosecution information, within a commercially reasonable period of time after the Effective Date.

  • In legal terms the “common” is public domain that is owned and managed by the state.

  • P&G shall retain any proceeds paid by a third party as a result of the enforcement of the Biolase Patents within the P&G Fields of Use.

  • Biolase agrees to cooperate with P&G with the enforcement of any claim within the P&G Fields of Use and agrees to join, at P&G’s expense, any such action as a party plaintiff to the extent required by law.

  • Infringement Within the P&G Fields of Use As exclusive licensee, P&G shall have sole decision making authority regarding enforcement of the Biolase Patents listed in Appendix A (and Appendix B, if P&G exercises its option to add the **** Field of Use to the Primary P&G Field of Use Option) within the P&G Fields of Use, and P&G shall have the right, but not the obligation, to file, prosecute and settle any such claims at its sole discretion.

  • The P&G Fields of Use also excludes the **** Field of Use, unless P&G exercises its option to add the **** Field of Use to the Primary P&G Field of Use.

  • P&G Fields of Use The P&G Fields of Use will be any and all fields of use, including the Primary P&G Field of Use, and applications relating to or associated with the following areas and lines of business in which P&G or its Affiliates now does business, including, but not limited to, the following areas: ****, such categories to be more completely defined in Definitive Agreement(s).

  • Biolase Intellectual Property Biolase Intellectual Property (Biolase IP) includes all present and future: inventions, whether or not patentable; Biolase Patents; copyrights; trade secrets; and any other rights or information or materials, whether confidential or not, owned by Biolase or in which Biolase has a transferable or licensable interest, within the P&G Fields of Use or within the Biolase Technology.

Related to P&G Fields of Use

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Fields of Use means products for use on "General Purpose Desktop Computers and Servers" meaning computers, including desktop and laptop computers, or servers, used for general computing functions under end user control (such as but not specifically limited to email, general purpose Internet browsing, and office suite productivity tools). Products that include software in systems and solutions that provide dedicated functionality (other than as mentioned above) or designed for use in embedded or function-specific software applications, for example but not limited to: software embedded in or bundled with industrial control systems, wireless mobile telephones, wireless handheld devices, kiosks, TV/STB, Blu-ray Disc devices, telematics and network control switching equipment, printers and storage management systems, and other related systems are excluded from this definition.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • Field of Use means all fields of use.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Product means a product, method or service in the Licensed Field of Use, the making, having made, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

  • X-ray field means that area of the intersection of the useful beam and any one of the set of planes parallel to and including the plane of the image receptor, whose perimeter is the locus of points at which the exposure rate is one-fourth of the maximum in the intersection.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Licensed System means, collectively:

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
