Pfizer Separation Agreements means the global separation agreement, the transitional services agreement, the tax matters agreement, the research and development collaboration and license agreement, the employee matters agreement, the two master manufacturing and supply agreements, the environmental matters agreement, the screening services agreement, the various intellectual property license agreements, the registration rights agreement, the Brazil agreements and the local market distribution agreements or any other aggreementagreement listed under the heading “Certain relationships and related party transactions” in the Registration Statement, in each case as described in the Registration Statement.

  • Master Separation Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
